Arrived by large box truck. Unboxed to bring inside, comes two pieces in one large, very heavy, big box. Easy to assemble, wiring was well marked. Gray material is soft to touch and similar to micro suede. Cup holders are a great feature. Added storage would have been nice! Massage feature is a vibration type of massage, noisy but works well. on low back only. Extremely pleased with recliner and delivery was just days after ordering. Amazon has the best price on this recliner. Would recommend.The chair does not recline! The back does not move up or down. When you use the lever to raise the leg support, the rocker is locked in place, the back always remains in the same position. Use of the lever raises the leg support, however, it requires an extraordinary amount of force to lower the leg support. I would not recommend this rocker (recliner?) It is misrepresented as a recliner, which it is not!
