These are great for winter but sometimes your feet will sweat. I have diabetes and very sweaty feet but I wear these all year. These are very thick, warm, soft and durable. I was having a lot of pain in feet so I got orthopedic shoes which helped a lot. Later I added wearing Heat Holders and that removed the rest of the pain I was having in my feet.
