Primary focus here was weight loss. It helped some. Very easy to use, store. Make sure to be fully clothed with socks when using it as it can get rather warm depending on the temperature you set. You may have to do two sessions to ensure best "sweating" experience.This is my third sauna of this same style. This one had more of a smell when unpacked. I let it off load before using it but still smelled when I was in it, still, best sauna I’ve had so far. I started sweating so much faster than I have with other similar models. I also sweat WAY more I was shocked. The arm hole is a blessing. I can distract myself on my phone and not lose heat. Even my face sweats more in this thing. Other saunas burned me and made my sweat so hot it burned me but with this one it wasn’t a problem. Will update if anything changes. Oh one thing - it was hard to plug the 2 white cords into the control box, it was as if they didn’t fit properly. I really had to play around and push hard on them. Hopefully gets easier with time. Never had that issue but not a big deal since it resolved eventually.I really like this wrap I was skeptical at first because you can get some pretty cheap things from China. But I am pleasantly surprised that it’s good quality. I had trouble turning it on in the beginning. But I have found a way to use the settings to properly heat to 80° it’s so nice and comforting. I set it for about 50 minutes and get in after 10 minutes when the blanket has warmed up quite a bit. I must say this gives me more energy afterwards maybe due to the detoxing. It definitely improves my mood and relaxes me. I turn it on, then put on a 40 minute TV show and I must say it's amazing. I use a few times out of the week. Combine this with at home work outs and you have yourself a mini gym.Why did I buy this? I’ve only used it twice. It gets really hot.This is probably much better for someone who is shorter and smaller. I am 5’8 and 270 lbs. I can barely zip this around me if my arms are inside. Also my shoulders don’t fit inside unless I scrunch my body down (bend my knees) inside of it. I do like it and can get a good sweat when I use it for 30 min or more. Maybe if I could close it properly I could do less time.
