The model I got does not look like what is displayed in the picture. Hiweverz I got all the same accessories and it works pretty well.This is a great beginner machine for the priceI use this for my small business and it made a huge difference!! Was quick to get to me and super eazy to use everythingThis heat press has worked really well for the past year, and when part of the mug press attachement melted, I reached out and they had great customer service and offered to replace the part. I would deffinately recommend this product to any crafter looking for a good quality, cheaper alternative to the expensive Cricut heat presses.This item was easy to set up and use within minutes of unboxing it. I made many, many shirts with it before deciding to upgrade the size of my press. This machine heated well, and pressed perfectly. No complaints, would buy again.Would have gave 5 stars but the timer doesn’t work. Contacted saler but they only respond by email. No phone number. Gets the job done. I use timer on my phone but would of been nice for time to work on machine. But overall good for my first heat press. update the timer does work. I didn't know I had to use the down button to start it.I wanted to start making T-Shirt for family because we have athletes in our family from football to Track and buying shirts at $20 to $30 dollar gets expensive. So I said why can't I do it myself. I am learning but I have to say that the press is easy use. I havent used the cup or the hat press yet but I am excited for all the many DIY project to come. I would recommend this pressI have used this item previously prior to buying from this seller. It was working fine however the machine would not cool off even after being off and unplugged for over 10 hours (or more) causing it to be hazardous to be left around the house especially with a child. I am sure it was just a defective piece I had received but overall this heat press machine is a good machine judging from my previous experience. I am giving it three stars as the sellers communication skills are great. The seller responds fairly quick. Unfortunately, I had to discard of the machine due to the risk but the seller was kind enough to refund the money after explaining the situation.
