Edit: I returned these after a week, I wrote this original review before trying them on. The new gloves fit perfectly around my palm, however every single finger is at least 1/2" too long, some as much as an inch. I tried to get used to it for a week, hoping they would shrink, but I can't handle it anymore. Sent them back and ordered a pair from Highway 21.I bought a pair of these gloves about 4 years ago, Feb 2019 (top in the picture) and just bought another pair this week March 2023 (bottom in the picture). This is my honest review with no incentive or prompt from the seller. The old gloves:The left glove finally stopped heating my fingers. The palm area heaters still work, so could be used for other purposes, ie camping, or other activities with not much wind. I will put them in my camper and use them on cold nights. They are not waterproof, however when I did ride with them in the rain my hands and fingers were still kept warm. I set them out on my bike when I arrived at work, and they were dry by the time I was ready to go home. There was no battery monitor, this was really my one and only gripe about them. Occasionally I would walk out to my bike and notice one of them was working and one was dead, I think this was due to how I stored them in my bag on the bike, the buttons would sometimes get pressed if I laid something on top of them and kill the battery. They only cycled through the heat levels by momentary press, no 3 second long press like the new ones. The new gloves:Includes a battery gauge on each glove, this should hopefully help prevent the battery dying half way through my ride. I did buy a spare set of batteries for the old gloves, so I will keep those in my bags for longer riding days. The new buttons with long press to turn on and long press to turn off should hopefully prevent accidental turn on while I'm not using them. I like this feature. The new gloves also came with a USB charger. It states that it pulls 5V and 2A (I have not tested), so make sure you have a beefy wall wart to plug into. I'm going to continue using the old charger at home in the garage, and will keep the new one in my office desk at work in case the batteries die while on my way there.I hope this review helps you decide on gloves to use, and I will hopefully remember to come back and add to this review in about a month after using the new ones.
