No much to review on this item..I ordered it a week ago came on time was very excited..I opened up the box pulled out the package and unzipped the bag that the hoodie came in...I then went to grab the zipper to unzip it and "SNAP" THE DANG ZIPPER BROKE REALLY!I CALLED SELLER,got some odd voice-mail recording would not let me leave a message,so I sent a txt other option it gave in voice call,so I just ordered another one and will have to wait another week. All this because my last headed jacket of 5 1/2 years took a dump same brand...hopefully someone will get back to me about the damaged one soonMy fiance purchased this and then had an issue with his health and passed away they made the return very easy even without knowing all this although to return does cost shippingMy husband is a 5x and the 5x fit him like a glove - not too snug - but cozy. The battery unit charged up fairly quickly - however - they power is a bit short running - 2 1/2 hours on high. There are 3 warming settings - high - medium and low. The REAL bummer is that you apparently cannot wash this jacket! For nearly two hundred dollars and you cannot wash it? I am afraid that while it sounds really cool to have a warming jacket - as my husband was really looking forward to - it loses some of that luster when you realize that it will be dirty (100% cotton) and you will not be able to safely wash it. Eh. He should have more carefully read the ad page - there is not a single mention of cleaning - but he's a dude and cleaning wasn't the top of his list. In the end he decided to return it. Probably a good choice.My husband needed this as he works outside. He got this as a early birthday present. He is absolutely in awe and loves it!!!A good coat that works well. Fits as described and kept me warm in the bitter cold. I like that the battery is included.The jacket itself is good quality and nice looking but runs smaller than most Hoodies I wear 5xl in almost every brand of hoodie and they are loose and comfortable. This one will not even zip up on me with out me sucking my gut in and holding it. So order one size larger. Because they are non returnable do to the battery.Short battery life on high, but overall I like it. I use it for work, it’s made very well and I’m satisfied.He says it keeps him warm but the first time he tried it on the zipper broke and he got a piece of metal from it stuck in his finger.I ordered this Hoodie to give as a Christmas gift. After only a couple of weeks it quit heating. I contacted the seller and very quickly received a response giving probably instructions to correct problem..... we followed instructions and still did not work. Emailed seller again .... this time no response... emailed 5 more times , still no response.Bonne qualité et chaud
