Well worth the money! So relaxing at the end of a hard day. I love that it's heated. Will be gifting to friends.Short, sweet and to the point. I am very happy with this purchase. The rotation, the spacing of the balls and handles, the heat, are all just right for me. I'm 5'8" 165#.I am able to slide the unit up and down my neck and mid-back. The kneading action is perfect.I took a good look before I started using, trying to find any faults in the manufacturing. Honestly, I saw this on sale and bought it on a whim. At first, after placing the order, I questioned why I made the purchase and was really looking for a reason to send it back.All that said, now that I've used it, I have taken it to the office with me, where it will stay.The motor is significantly quieter than I expected, so I'm not disturbing the person in the cubi-cell next to me, they can't hear it...About me, I was in an accident in 2009 and received spinal injuries. In 2016 I had a cervical disc fusion. Now in 2021 the discs above and below the fusion are giving me nerve pain and migraines.I have gone to PT, I have paid $80/hr for a massage therapist, the migraines persist.It remains to be seen the longevity of the unit, but FWIW, right now, I am grateful not to be doling out $$ every week for the same thing that this unit is doing for me; working the knots out and massaging the nerves in my neck and upper back.Probably the best <$30 I've ever spent? At the moment I say yes!BTW contrary to another reviewer, the balls are bi-directional on this unit.This is easy to use. I put it around my neck and plug it in while watching television. It helps alleviate stress around my neck and shoulders. There is a button to press for heat, too, and another button to press to toggle the direction of the massage heads.I bought two different models to address my neck pain and this one is the better of the two. It is easier to reposition and heats up faster than the other. Works well while I am positioned in my recliner but it doesn't get really warm and the heat does shut off sooner than I would like.Gifted this to my 82 y/o mother who said it hurts her neck. She complains about everything so who knows?!? LolI really enjoyed this massager - while it lasted. It lasted about 4 months of occasional use. I only used it 1-2 times per week. It had decent heat and a good shiatsu massage. But I turned it on one day, and it immediately died. Very disappointed in this product.This is such a great feeling to my neck after a long day at work or when I’m having neck pain..I would buy again! I love the heat as well, and you can turn it on or off. Great buy!This thing weighs a ton. If you have back issues or sore shoulders, the last thing you want to do is drop a freaking Boulder across your shoulders and neck, then loop your arms into it for extra weight. I don’t care if it massages me if it also presses the weight of the rest of the world I’m not carrying onto my shoulders.The warnings should be in the description of the product and not in the box. Other wise I would not have purchased it. RETURNEDAs a corporate drone spending 8-10 hrs on a laptop - this is orgasmic. The massagey things that rotate are powerful - definitely work.. can be powered up to a strong massage setting. The first night I took a nap with this massager - let me tell you it was the best nap ever.If you spend even a little time on the laptop this is a must have. You will not regret it
