I bought no less than 5 other units and returned them all. This one stopped my losing streak. I LOVE this press. The looks, the light weight, the size (deceptively big at 12X15 inches), the swing-arm, the cooling fans!!! -- that's right COOLING FANS! (no more burning my hands!), the color LEDs telling you it's heating, when it's ready, and counting down on the timer; all great features. What can I say, I like style and substance! The only detractors are things I can live with. Setting the temp is kinda touchy. I have to cycle through the settings multiple times to get to the point where I can set the temp. It seems to want to set the time every time I touch the settings button, but eventually I can get to temp. The suction cups on the feet don't really work unless you have a very smooth, hard surface that is perfectly even. I solved that problem with those little silicone adhesive discs that you get to mount a phone holder to your car dash. I am very happy. Hopefully this will last me a good long time!I was so excited to receive this, you have no idea! One of the legs has a huge piece of plastic that’s broken off, and one of the accessories it came with has a disconnected piece, so I’m guessing if I tried to use it there would be some type of fire or smoke- I’m not going to try. The box had some of the styrofoam broken when I opened it, so I’m guessing it had a hard ride here from China and broke in shipping.The directions are super confusing and I was unsure how to set the temperature or if it was even at the temperature I wanted, because it kept switching back and forth to celcius and then randomly counting down with a timer that I did not set. It doesn’t say anything on the instructions about setting the temp, it’s very basic and confusing. I watched a few videos to understand but I was still unsure when trying to set it up. I’m going to return for an ‘unbroken’ one. Disappointed.Happy with the purchase. I was able to do 15 oz mug vs the portable version I was only able to do 11 oz. Haven’t tried the plate and cap yet but I would assume it’s great as well.Its realy easy to use and to look up how to use each tool with it have not have no problem with it.It's a nice package for the price (5 in 1). I like the size and the even heating over the entire surface. Wish the temperature would go a little higher than the maximum 392 F. But after using it for a month things started failing. The grease started coming out of the moving parts contaminating my blank materials and screws came undone making the handle nearly impossible to operate. I tried contacting Vevor simply asking for advice on what to do, but they wouldn't talk to me because I bought it from Amazon and not from them. So now I have no way to get help, my only option is to return this by the deadline given by Amazon prime.Just received this today. I feel like it's a little different than what is pictured. A few screws and three screwdriver had oxidation but I plugged it in and so far all seems to be in working order. The top plate is a little wobbly and you have to manually square it up a little to press it down but I have never owned a heat press before and don't know if that is somewhat normal. I will try to update my review after I've used this for a bit. I purchased based on good reviews of same brand elsewhere. There's no name on it though.great budget press , works well. no instruction but can easily figure out. only real negative is no way to know exact pressure but i adjust knob as neededEdit: i purchased when it was 200$ which is why i said budget press :)I like that the vevor heat press arrived in a timely manner, it was easy to set up and start using for shirts ans hoodies... the mug press does not work properly and i am yet to try the rest of the additional heat press items.The instructions are poor, but I knew that based on other reviews. Everything heats up well for me, and the timer works.Works great.I love it
