DEWALT Premium MIG TIG Welding Gloves DXMF02051 - Heat Resistant Leather Gloves for Men & Women - Ideal for Metal Fabrication, Welding Projects & DIY Repairs

I stumbled across these as a welding student about a year and a half ago when the first pair of welding gloves just didn't fit. I have big hands and when it says XL or XXL, I expect to be able to wear them. Well, I had to give that first pair (which were not Dewalt) away, even though they were brand spanking new.My second pair fit (also not Dewalt) but they were stiff and ungainly. I stumbled across these Dewalt XXXL gloves and all the elements came together in one package. I really like these: flexible, I don't get burned, and they have enough of a gauntlet to keep sparks out of my cuffs.My welding setup is in my garage and so sometimes I have a neighbor over who wants something welded or who wants to watch me weld or even to do it himself. I have two helmets and now I have two pairs of gloves, both Dewalt. When I eventually wear the oldest pair out, I will continue to buy these as a replacement. I just don't see where you can go wrong with them.
