Bought Desantis holster for my new Glock42. Excellent workmanship, fits perfect!Best holster I have! Much better than the molded plastic holsters.Going to buy another size.Received item as expected, fit and finish of the holster is like a glove for the Glock 42. Would buy again from this Seller. Thank youFits my Glock, nice leather holster. The belt clip is a difficult to get on. I got this so I could remove and replace the gun easily in the car if I had to go into a place that didn't allow guns. The clip doesn't allow for that. I'm use it for now, but I don't put it on if I think there is a chance I'm going to have to take it off later.This is a good holster, not great but not bad. Pretty thick which defeats the purpose of the small 42. Also, the clip is too thin to make it fir well clipped to a thick belt. If you wear a belt that has a Kydex insert forget about it. Can only use it on standard thickness belt, if its too thick (fat) the clip will be held open and not secure itself to the belt. Only holster I have seem like that. The clip is long enough, just not enough inside volume to fit the belt and pants without being wedged open.Awesome holster !!!!!!!!!!!!! I had the Desantis IWB (insider) holster and it made the gun sit almost at if not just below the top of the pants. Really difficult to deploy or draw the gun. Could not grip the gun without grabbing you pants. Very unsafe holster.BUT wait a minute this Desantis IWB (heat) holster is just what the doctor ordered. I cant say enough about it. It just works like it should.This is a great quality, inexpensive holster. For larger guns I prefer a holster with two belt clips, or two belt slide holes, but this works great (and fits well) for my Glock 43. I carry mostly appendix with this holster. It was a tad tight on the 43 as it is several thousandths of an inch wider than a 42, but if you leave the 43 in it for a few days it will stretch out.Great Holster, quality leather, real nice fit for my Glock 42. The only complaint I have is that the belt clip is tough to get on, Other then that real happy with the purchase.Holster fits well. Leather work is good. I Hate the way it clips in the waistband/belt. It is almost impossible form to place this holster inside the waist band while wearing the pants. The way the clip is designed and sewn into the holster creates a ridge at the bottom of the clip that makes it very difficult to slid the holster into the pants. the ridge catches on the belt and the waist band stopping the holster from sliding into the pants. If this was for a pistol with a longer barrel it wouldn't be so bad. but with this pistol this holster is hard to use.TL/DR This holster goes in the box of holsters that looked like a good idea but just didn't work.
