I wasn't sure when placing the order because it said used, but when they arrived today I was like what??? These shoes are brand new, not a scratch, or wear nothing. If they would have sold it as knew I wouldn't have known, that's how good they were.The shoes does run a bit small, I normally wear 10.5 but these 11 run like if they were 10.5 for me since I have a wide foot.Not as good as they should be for a boot in this price range. They fit good sizing is spot on. They are warm but not breathable my feet sweat like crazy and I cant tell if they are waterproof because of foot sweat. Traction is poor but I understand this material needs time to soften. They slip easily on wet wood and smooth floors and no ice grip at all. For columbia very disappointed.I did a lot of research to find the right winter/hiking boot. Most of them are too bulky which I was trying to stay away from. I work in an office so I don’t need anything super hardcore, these were it! They are a bit bulky but they are a boot so that’s to be expected. However, they are way lighter than they look. I think they look very sharp too! Maybe that’s just my humble opinion! They are as comfortable as most casual sneakers. I just received them about 30 min ago and I am already wearing them. I’m a female firefighter in Colorado and don’t love all the fluff normally attached to women’s winter boots. Technically I’m a 6 in men’s boots and was hesitant to get these because the smallest size offered is a 7 but figured since I would be wearing thicker winter socks it would be all good and happily I was right. These boots are durable but you can totally wear them for a pop of color with dressed up/casual winter outfit.awesome look fireLooks good, feels good, but isn't the best snow shoe. I went to Big Bear with these and I kept on slipping while out in the snow. Besides slippage issues, this is a good looking and comfortable pair of boots.I really like these boots. They fit a little on the small side, I ordered a half size up and they fit perfectly. They definitely keep your feet warm and are waterproof. I wore them to a snow day and they were great while walking around but also kept my feet toasty when I was just standing in the snow for long periods of time. Highly recommend.Muy cómodaBoots are not waterproof despite being advertised as waterproof and being constructed with a waterproof membrane. It might have been a one off or a faulty batch but I only wore them once in wet short grass and after a few minutes my feet felt wet. I washed them to return them and as I was running them under the tap, well below the top of the gusset, the inside was becoming noticeably wetter. Shame as they are great looking boots and I thought they were exactly what I was looking for. Disappointed as I need these boots to be waterproof. I hadn’t read any similar reviews prior to purchasing them but now I look further there are different models also claiming to be waterproof that have received lots of one star reviews because they let water in.Too small. The insulation inside means you need to order 1 size bigger than you normally wear.The boots seemed of good quality and were comfortable. I returned these and got a bigger size, and I'm very happy with the fit. However, beware - they aren't *that* warm. 2hrs cycling wearing these boots with thick merino wool socks, in 2°C weather, and my feet did start to feel cold. They're definitely warmer than regular boots, but if you're spending numerous hours outside in temperatures around 0°C then look for something with more insulation.I’m not sure this was an original Columbia hiking boot, ordered as a Christmas gift, it arrived in a plain large box without the original packaging. After ready the previous review about the footwear not being waterproof I decided that I would return them and not take the risk.Just a class boot get someI got these boots because they look good and Columbia is a reputable brand. Unfortunately, they are not as waterproof as I thought... I wore them in the snow just for 2 days and my feet were getting cold and wet. I really wanted them to work because of the looks but I will be returning them.
