Honestly, I picked this up at higher price point but if you find it for a good price - don't pass it up. It's not cheap but it might be a 'buy it for life' item.Really great package which all packs into the big stock pot. It's also a little on the heavier side but considering it houses a medium pot and pan inside (+ cooking tools). It cooks better than the pans I have at home and evenly. This definitely brings water to boil quicker so the quality of this cook set is there. The only item i was not a fan of is the cutting board - it has a split down the middle which makes it impossible to not be messy with meat juices or water seeping under into your table cloth (not a good idea considering I was camping in bear country). If there was a better alternative for the cutting board, this cooking set would 100%. I'd probably leave the cutting board at home and bring another.Only thing I'd say is that it isn't the easiest to clean. It definitely needs a proper scrub with a steel wool sponge in order to get all the grime off but I think thats to be expected in stainless steel pots/pans. It makes it a little difficult when doing a wash while dry camping so keep that in mind - this may not be for you but if you don't like teflon (for health reasons) this is a great staple item for any outdoor cooks.Like many others I was too very skeptical about the high price of this camping cooking set. Look no further, it was totally worth it. The construction is very heavy duty (like All-Clad pots), the bottom of the pots are very thick and provide an evenly distributed heat. Also, everything fits in the one big pot very compact design. It looks like it will last a lifetime! Awesome product.I did a great deal of research trying to select the perfect set of cookware for our small travel trailer: this is it! It has everything you need for cooking for a couple of people: small dutch oven, skillet/pan, and saucepan, 2 utensils and 2 silicon counter protectors to put your utensils on. The set packs up easily with everything breaking down fitting inside each other and storing in a small space. The utensils come apart and the handles come off the pans. The utensils were of a surprisingly good quality and I loved how they came apart and fit inside the set. The pans cook evenly and clean up is quick and easy! The set still looked like new, even after a few weeks of using every day and cooking meat, vegetables, etc. in them. Now, if you have a big family, they may not be big enough, but if you are mainly cooking for 2 ( or maybe 4?), they will be perfect! I highly recommend!This product has been a godsend, we always carried around regular pots and pan on our camping trips but lately, it's been a hassle with the weight. The compact nature of all the pots and pans was well designed and worked efficiently when we had to cook for a group of seven on a three-night camping trip. I only wished the handles provided more grip, I do admit it could have been my confidence in the handles themselves since they are very compact.Best set for tight space in RV. Well made and compact. Would definitely buy again.My first requirement was for induction compatability and yes, this set is FULLY Induction ready (all pieces tested). As a bonus the bottoms are super flat which is great because induction cooktops have flat glass tops and pots and pans that are not flat can have uneven cooking or fail to work properly.From a build quality perspective the set is great. Super rugged and nests together nicely. I do wish it had a carrying case and that the side handles (on the big pot) folded down. This is my biggest gripe with the unit.This is a kitchen quality cookware set that will serve you well if you don't mind the weight (it's beefy) and want the best "compact" cookware you can get.Very nice cook set. Buy once, cry once level of quality. Completely impractical for any kind of lightweight camping, but perfect for car camping or even touring and staying in cottages where the quality of kitchen equipment is unknown.Even though this was an Amazon US import, the purchase process was no different than buying a UK product, except for the slightly longer delivery time.I bought this cooking set for our travel to Nc500. This is initial review without using it.If you are backpacking then it is not for you. This is heavy and serious equipment which your children will inherit. It looks very well made and good size for a family. I haven't use it so I will review it in detail after our travel.this is a great pan set for our camper and all packs away nice and neat would defiantly recommend for camping, and being a keen cook it also heats well and distributes the heat evenly even on a little camping stoveBrilliant piece of kit, better than you find in your houseAs expected for a stanley product. Well made, durable and well designed. The heavy gauge bottoms of the pots/pan conduct heat evenly. Too heavy and not suitable for backpacking but perfect for car camping. The cutting board, utensils and pot holders are really handy. Very compact/stackable taking up minimal room. Definitely recommend.
