The sealer works wonderfully, nice and sturdy piece of machinery. I was a bit of a pain in the ass with the seller and they were so helpful and quick about everything. I thought the sealer didn't work, so I returned it. Within the same day, the seller sent a return label along with an apology (even though- it turns out- I was probably wrong).Before I even responded or shipped the product back, they had already express shipped the other sealer to me. It arrived in 3 days! Only then did I realize that you have to push down pretty hard to get the heating element to turn on. I feel silly because there probably wasn't anything wrong with the first one- except the fact that I have tiny, delicate hands that didn't push the handle down hard enough in the first place.So feeling embarrassed about the whole thing, I wanted to leave this review about1)How well this product works (well made, does the job and at a great price!)2)How impressed I was with their outstanding customer serviceWell done, guys!
