Just be aware you'll have to suction more frequently but least you're off the air pump during the day.the patient does not like.I only received 20 HME devices and I am pretty sure that I paid for at least 30 HME devices.Patient likes it very muchI was sent an unknown manufacturer’s product. Not Smith Medical. It does not fit the adaptor. Very very unhappy.
