The frontal came literally within a day, through amazon prime.Straight out of the packaging the hair was soft, but a little coarse & the lace was extremely dark (almost grey) so I was definitely worried it wouldn’t hold up. After bleaching the knots, I gently co-washed the hair & began plucking & making the wig. There was very minimal shedding, & the knots bleached in about 30 minutes.After washing the frontal the hair was even more coarse after air drying, & there were many split ends & I decided to dye it jet black to match the bundles.Instead of flat ironing it, I went for a wet & wavy look & it completely changed the frontal texture! It’s now pretty soft & the split ends aren’t as visible. (I do think the jet black helped to camouflage some of the ends). I used a hot comb for the part, moussed it down & sprayed water/lotta body throughout the hair, & the body wave texture came right back & has stayed for several days. THIS HAIR IS TO DIE FOR!. I received it in one day after purchasing it. I unboxed it and thought okay the lace is nice, but that was before I put it on my head. The pictures that are included are me wearing the wig before cutting the back lace and WITHOUT any glue to tack it down in the front. You actually don't need any glue to hold it down in the front unless you are wear a high ponytail. The density is not exactly 200% but very close, I would say 180, nice and full. The hair is very soft and so far doesn't seem to shed much. I will review in a week and update on the curl pattern and how the hair holds curls. So far so good, I can tell you, I will be purchasing another on of these with the next two weeks. I only have one con that you can actually fix and that would be that if you are extremely close you can see the lace grid, but you would have to be up on my head.UPDATE: It's been over a week and I have done a number of things to the wig. I washed it and the wavy pattern was absolutely amazing. When dryed it still held the patterned and only frizzed a little. What I find the most amazing about this wig is the minimal shedding. I have worn this wig in a high bun, ponytail I have rolled it, brushed it and combed it and it never sheds more than one or two strands. I put this thing in poytail for two days and pulled the holder off and NOTHING came out in the ponytail holder. The new picture of the hair is of it hot curled and rolled and it holds the curls AMAZINGLY. I am ordering TWO tomorrow, one for me and the other for my daughter. You are missing out if you sleep on this unit.I've tried a few black colored wigs from Amazon and this is my favorite. One of the pros of this wig for me is that the color is very black. Most wigs are a more natural black and subtle but this one is super dark and bold and I personally love it. Also, although the knots are still visible, they're not as big as some other wigs. It is also pretty full, especially for the length. Some cons would be that the wig has a lot more hair strands on top than the rest of the wig, making it look poofy at the top and might be see through around the sides. It's also pretty big compared to other wigs so the lace/hair goes past my ears a bit, and the cap kind of hovers over the back of my head and you can see it behind my neck. However, after some straightening and plucking, the wig looks super realistic and I am overall very happy with it!I was expecting this wig to be more of a natural “darkest brown almost black’ kinda color but it is solid black. It tangled, fairly easily, I recommend misting it with a water/conditioner mix to make it easier to part and style. When you need to detangle it, lightly wash in cool water with mild shampoo and comb while conditioning. Once you get used to working with it this wig is wonderful, great starter if you’re still contemplating investing in a better quality wig or getting used to wearing one, great for cosplay, would not recommend if you’re not used to having thick hair, it is VERY thick, it’s 150% I’d recommend 100% thickness. Great product for the price and I’m happy with my purchaseCons: So, it was a bit too long for my personal taste and the curls were okay, but kinda looked a mess at the same time, if that makes sense. It looked really frizzy w the curls, so I ended up changing the style.Pros: Real soft hair and it was easy to straighten and took heat well, when I decided I didn’t like the curls. It is a lot of hair though. That can be a pro or a con for some ppl. I have decided that this is my new everyday wig and it’s great for that purpose and the price, in my book. And the delivery was impeccable, if you’re in a bind and need something fast, like overnight fast, this was def just that!It’s okay for the price. You can tell that it’s a synthetic. The parting space is thin and you can’t really pluck too much or you’ll mess it up.
