These don't last forever, but they are THE BEST. No scratching of the pan, good an long so you can flip big pieces of fish (or whatever)...Fantastic all around, but it is a little tedious to wash, food gets stuck along the silicone edge and has to be scraped out.Does exactly as expected and the high temperatures showed no change in function or appearance.Spatula broke in half while picking up hot fish out of panI have the same without the silicone edge. And while the price to performance ratio is good on both, neither is a pro or hobby class tool. The problem I see is that the blade is spot welded onto the tang. So, that is the Achille's heel to this tool, and why I can't give it a five-star review.This is a nice spatula and great for when you need something for non-stick pans. I only gave it four stars as it limits me on usage. I tried using it with fish in my air fryer and because the fish was on a grated tray, the silicone edge had trouble getting under the uneven surface making it very difficult to use. It also was not good at unsticking the fish from the grate.This is just a fancy spatula. It doesn't do anything different than any other regular spatula that you can buy for less.I haven't had to use the brush that comes with it, because so far what I have used it for, it was easy to clean. It's cute though and does the job for which it is intended.This spatula has solved my issue with plastic spatulas that melt when you use them. They work great on my non-stick pans, especially flipping over-easy eggs with ease. I only have one small problem with it. Food gets stuck between the metal and the silicone edge sometimes and it can be difficult to wash it out. I use a toothpick to remove the stuck food when necessary. This is such a minor issue, I still recommend this terrific spatula. It also had a bonus silicone brush that came with it too! Buy it, you won't regret it!!
