There are 4 dvds - different dance styles ... which keeps it interesting. Some programs are more complex and vigorous than others. Not for beginners unless you are willing to invest time in learning the steps. My only criticism ... camera focuses on faces too often instead of on the dancers ... tough to follow the steps.
