The mirror fits great. The only thing we had to do was change the connection as it was different from the one that was in our RV.Instructions sucked but called a mechanic and all was goodWorked and fit perfectlySo lucky to find this mirror! I own a 2007 Fleetwood fiesta, Fit perfectly harnesses match perfectly. And it only took me 15 minutes To install. And I'm a girl..lolThe mirror is an exact replacement. The adapter was the right one however the little prongs inside the plug were female where i needed male, so i couldn't use the new wiring. No worries though, i was able to use the old cabling and it all snapped into place without issue. The new mirror motor only goes up and down whereas the one being replaced went left right and up and down, so a bit disappointed, but I can use my thumbs to adjust it if needed. I live in Texas so I haven't had the chance to test out the defroster, guess i wont know until winter, but not going to keep my hopes up. Just a small inconvenience, overall was easy to reinstall so 3 stars.Our Motor Home is a 2003 and the connecting wiring didn't match the existing mirror. We had to rewire and then it worked.Easily replaced a hard to find mirror on my RV that had found its demise in a tightly confined camping spot.I was unable to find a replacement at the dealer, but was very pleasantly surprised the exact part I needed on Amazon!Had to replace the side view mirror on our with what original one, hard different numbers but fit like a glove and all wiring was corect, The item was in my hands in 3 days so they didn't play around. Great seller
