This protects and coats the hair really well. Plus it moisture the hair which is a plus.Does what it's supposed to do. Brought my mom's hair back to life. Doesn't make it feel heavy either.My short curly hair is very dry and very thin. When I use my hot air tools, I need a product to protect my thin hair from burning. The cream is so thick that it does not squirt out the bottle. I just open the bottle and put a dab on my hand and run my fingers through my whole scalp. I then use my hot air tools for a very smooth finish. I really like the product and I use it often. It's a great price that came packed with 3 bottles. I highly recommend it! P.S.- I bought the product based on the excellent reviews I read on Amazon!!This is a water based product, so I’d you need a leave-in conditioner and detangler this may not be the product for you. This does appear to protect my daughter’s hair from heat.Works well on 4c hair I didn’t have the frizz from some products I had used and it made my hair really soft and manageable after flat ironing.Not my favorite product to use. I don't like how it feels in my hair or on my hands, and smells horrible.... one positive so far is that it leaves no residue on my hands just feels dry in my hair. Not sure if it will keep my hair straight for 2 weeks, I'll definitely update my post if it does.DID NOT LIKE THIS PRODUCTThe product itself is good. However the nozzle on the bottle was faulty. Thank goodness I had a spare empty spray water bottle.
