This is a good winter jacket, not for all around seasons. I wish the layers could be removed to do so but thats what you get at this price point. It's just a good budget water resistant and wind proof snow jacket. I wanted an inner chest pocket which is hard to find for some reason but this has it and an outer chest pocket. There is a thumb hole material u can use or not at end of cuffs to help keep wind out. The inside has a relective metallic material that heats up from your own body heat to keep you warm. If you are cold in this jacket it's because you haven't warmed it up with your body heat and/or your jacket size is too big. I ordered M for layering but a small would be better for heating to work properly as I notice it works best when it's pressed tight to the body. Lots of extra pockets, elastic waist bungee, removable hood, and water resistant outer. The jacket will still get wet but u won't get soaked inside like many. The only gripe is the side pockets are medium shallow so small cards will fall out if pockets left unzipped. Use chest or left arm pockets instead. Love the Velcro adjust cuffs. Slight stitch strands after 3 months use. Material gets very sweaty once heated like after running and going onto train so I can imagine it's not great for spring. more than worth the price considering build quality. comparable to llbean coatsI typically wear sizes xl, 1x and 2x depending upon the brand. My current winter coat is a 1x. Based on reviews I ordered a 2x and thank goodness I did - a 1x would not have worked. It fits well and had room for me to wear heavier clothes underneath. Unlike other reviewers I did not find the arms too small. I tested this jacket wearing a thinner shirt plus a thicker fuzzy zip up and it was fine. I would probably take the coat off when driving, but walking around felt fine. I love the pockets and the thumb hole to keep snow from going up my gloves. I also love that there is a very slight pattern to this coat that prevents it from being just one solid color.Why does Columbia make any other jackets than this? This jacket is perfection. You can see I had to UNZIP IT in a 30 degree weather in the middle of the Utah mountains while hiking and sledding. This jacket keeps you so warm, for reference I am from Cancun; I know warm.I am 5' 3" and about 130lbs and got a size small. The jacket is not too thick and not too thin. You feel free to maneuvers and there is plenty of room for you to add a fleece under it if you want more; I did not need it.I am so happy I found this jacket so I can start enjoying cold conditions and stop hating the snow.First jacket i ordered had a factory flaw that made the left sleeve way too tight but just on the one side. I returned it and bought a second one because i loved the color, style and cut of the jacket. I’m so very glad that i did because it’s the perfect ski and outdoor snow sport jacket! Lightweight, warm and has a ton of hidden zippers and pockets! I’m normally a 1x but the 2x fits perfectly and leaves space for layering . Also the color is the loveliest shade of gray, almost blue. Much nicer than the black i normally pick. Thanks to the seller for helping to make the issue right! I High recommend!I like a lot of things about this. The plum color is nice, it’s very good quality with good pockets. I don’t like the hand warmers in the end of the sleeve. They are very tight and it’s hard to check my watch. It’s very warm which is generally good, but it won’t be as good for the fall and spring when it’s warmer.Love this jacket! I’m 5’4” and 120 lbs and it fits great! I got the XS. Got this for a ski trip back in January and it was perfect and I love the color!Haven't tried this in cold yet but it is very light and not bulky. I wear a size 20, or a Torrid 2 (40dd, 250#) and ordered this is a 3x. Fits just right, roomy enough for a regular sweater. Zips nicely without looking bulky. I'm planning to travel to Iceland (when travel exists again :() and this should be perfect for active travel in a cold climate.Unfortunately, there's not a whole lot of options for plus-size but this jacket if functional and super cute! I usually wear a size 2x but I ordered a 3x for an upcoming ski trip. I sized up to make sure that I had room for layers underneath but the fit is a little snug once I layered up. Other than that, I absolutely love this coat. It has all the fancy features of any ski jacket like velcro on the sleeves, coverage for neck, and a very warm inner layer. I really love how it's warm but not at all bulky. I haven't worn it out in the cold yet, so I'll circle back after my ski trip.Exactly what I wanted.Allora, giacca davvero bella, come in foto. Con diverse tasche, anche diverse dalle "canoniche" due laterali esterne. Una esterna altezza petto e due interne che nel caso uno non avesse voglia di portarsi borsa, zaino dietro, si possono utilizzare per mettere le cose essenziali, come documenti, portafoglio etc.. non troppo ingombranti. Il materiale in sè sembra essere più che discreto. Io l'ho presa x poterci andare in moto, non passa un filo d'aria e tiene bello caldo. C'è anche la possibilità di levare il cappuccio e di regolare l'elastico in vita e non solo, regolare due cordoncini laterali x poter "raccogliere" la giacca intorno alla vita, per chi come me non ama avere giacche troppo aderenti sui fianchi che limitano i movimenti. Nel complesso ritengo a questo prezzo sia un ottimo investimento, ma c'è un ma... sulle maniche appena indossata ho notato una lieve scucitura, al momento trascurabile.. spero di non dovermi pentire dell'acquisto!Ottima giacca e ottimo il prezzo per questo tipo di prodotto, bisogna fare solo attenzione perché, probabilmente per un bug, se si ordina la taglia S si riceve la XS, così ho ordinato la L e ho ricevuto la SLa chaqueta tiene una pinta magnífica. Aún no he probado cuánto abriga porque es verano pero no he podido resistirme a comprarla porque estaba genial de precio. Al probármela la verdad que he notado que retiene el calor. Tocas el tejido interior y está calentito así que creo que me irá genial. La mía es azul oscuro que aunque, en un principio no me llamaba mucho la atención, he de decir que me ha gustado mucho. Es como un azul vaquero oscuro, muy combinable. La talla perfecta. Dudé en un principio entre un XS y una S porque algunos comentarios decían que tallaba grande. Decidí pedir mi talla habitual que es la S (mido 1,63 y peso 53 kg) y me queda perfecta. Las mangas son algo estrechas pero toleran otra capa debajo. El cuello al igual que los bolsillos son muy suaves. Muy contenta con la compra!I really like this jacket. It keeps me warm and I like the way it looks. It came in the mail on time. The packaging was great. I ordered a medium and it's roomy. Which I like because I like to wear sweaters under my jacket especially to work since my office is always chilly. So, yea this was a great buy.
