It was perfect. Kept our prime rib warm.Easy assembly. All parts included. UNFORTUNATELY, one of the bulbs was broken. I did see several reviews that listed this as a negative, but I ordered anyway. I a waiting for a reply from the company regarding this. Considering the expense of the bulbs and that they were included in the price, I expect a new replacement bulb free of charge. If this does not happen, I would lower my rating to 2 stars. I expect to get what is advertised and what I paid for.Base was warped when removed from box. Would not sit flat on the counter. One bulb burned out in first 2 minutes. Finish was good on product. Trying a different manufacture.Company took great care to make things right. Got an excellent product in the end. Highly recommend. Great customer service!!Bulbs went out within 10 hours of use But product works well when lights are working. Highly recommend purchasing extra bulbs when purchasing this product. Looks great in our concession StandIf you intend to use on a food truck or trailer, pick another unit. Began to come apart in a few weeks. Use in a restaurant would probably not experience any issues. Seemed to be well built, but not for mobile operations.Had to go out and purchase an expensive bulb. After setting it up and turning it on, one bulb did not come on. Should keep items warm with a new bulb.I like this lamp and we already used it on several occasions. Great for heating and keeping pizza and dinner rolls warm for entertaining company.Awesome product. I purchased it for my commercial kitchen. It was cheaper than what I could get it at the local restaurant supply store. I purchased the extended warranty just in case. We use it quite often. Highly recommend...
