First they run small but I knew this and ordered a 1/2 size larger and the fit is perfect. But the tougue is a very flimsy almost paper like material. But I only paid $20.00 for them and had free shipping so I am OK, if I had paid more I would have been upset.My grandson love the shoe and the color for track but it was to narrow and I had to return them. They should be made with a wide with also.I started my sprinting after 4 years and really enjoying it running with these amazing shoes. They have a good grip in a normal grassy field. The spike length is considerable and the shoe clothing and material are amazing.Worked great for cross country. the boys love them.My son absolutely loves how light weight these are. He said it makes him feel as if he is running barefoot when he's on the trails.SatisfiedThese are nice..... Came a little bit tight but overall good.Super light and awesome. Great grip for sprints.
