Delfin Spa Women's Heat Maximizing Underbust Racerback Workout Tank Top - Petite to Plus Size for Yoga, Gym & Running

I was very interested in purchasing bio ceramic clothing after doing a ton of research on the benefits of FIR. When I came across the Defin Spa line, I was beyond excited to give them a try. I ordered two of the tankinis because my midsection is my problem area. I have only had them a couple of days and I use one at night to sleep in after placing a firming cream on my midsection. I can say that, after one use, I could tell a difference from when I used the firming product alone. The skin on my belly just looked better/smoother. One of my family members saw me the next day as I was changing clothes and said that my stomach looked firmer (I hadn't told them about using the Delfin tank). I use the second tankini to work out in and can say that it does help you sweat. It also makes you feel like any ab work you do is more effective. In some weird way it seems to motivate me to WANT to exercise more....purely psychological but I will take whatever positive motivation I can get! I haven't had the tankinis long enough to give any more information about effectiveness for inch/weight loss, but I think that for the ability to have your skin creams work better its worth the investment.As for the fit...I used the sizing guide and they fit very well. After reading some of the other reviews, I was a little nervous that they would be too short so I purchased the tummy tightener in case I needed to wrap it around my lower belly on top of the tank. I am 5'10" with a long torso and the tank was the perfect length. I haven't needed to use the tummy tightener for extra coverage.I am planning to continue wearing the tankinis (and want to purchase a few more). I am truly in love with them. If I have any further updates after continued use, I will definitely write another review.I ordered a Med about a month ago, I'm usually a XS/Small (4-6) but gained about 10 lbs in the past few months and wanted to play it safe because of the non-breathable material, then again with the extra weight I'm probably a Med at this time. It does not feel snug or uncomfortable which is a good thing, the arm opening does not fit properly, there is a little gap, but I been wearing it with loose fitting tees and you honestly cannot tell that I'm wearing the Tankini. I could have probably gotten the Small because the material has some give, but the Med does work. I wear it while doing house cleaning, gardening, walking the dogs and even though I don't feel the sweat and it does not transfer to my clothes, when I take it off I can tell that I sweated-up a storm (sorry, kind of graphic).I have hand washed or washed it on delicate and hung to dry overnight, no problems.I would probably order a Small when I get back to my normal weight and give this one to my sister. It seems to be a very durable material (if cared for it properly) so I know I will be getting a lot of use out of it.I find this sort of information useful when ordering this sort of products so here it is: I'm 5'3" and 135 lbs (currently). By the way the length does go past my hips a little bit but it works for me.This is one of the best products Delfin Spa makes. I have the shorts and the thing for your calves. I may have used the calves thing once, but that was it. I used the shorts a few times, until I received the capri's. My capri's arrived on Monday, March 17th and I have used them everyday....including today. It had made my workout improve 100% based on the fact that I am sweating 2x's as much. My capri's are drenched when I come home from the gym. I do 75 minutes if cardio and in just 4 days, I see an amazing difference. I know 75 minutes if cardio would do the trick anyway, but using these capri's really inspire, as I see how much I am sweating. I went from working out maybe 2 days per week and in the past 5 days, I've done it everyday. I don't 'scale watch' as I care more about how my clothes fit; over a number on the scale. However, I will weight myself next Friday for an update. I am a size 4 and the small fits perfectly. My goal is to get back to my usual size which fluctuates between a 0 and 2.I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't so very tight that I have to go through all kinds of contortions to get it on and off. I checked the sizing chart before purchasing it, too. Be warned. You have to pull it on and off over your head. And the front straps tend to cut into my skin a bit. I have kept it because I expect to lose weight while using it and eventually it will not fit as snugly as it does now. Other than that, it functions as promised. I have never sweated so much in my life as I have in the past few days since I started wearing Delfin products during my workouts.I love using Delfin neoprene clothing when I work out. Using a lotion, or like the Delfin anti-cellulite lotion under the neoprene clothing will also help make you sweat and soften your skin. I have the capri as well and they make me sweat like crazy! But after my workout, my skin feels amazing and I feel like I did a double workout. Great quality. I have had the capri for years, washing them regularly, and they still do the job like when I first got them!Cons: It does make a sound when you move around. I wear the Delfin clothing under my workout clothes and can still hear it but it doesn't bother me. Also, it does have a smell to it but I wouldn't say that it's that strong and it does begin to fade, it doesn't bother me.The customer service is EXCELLENT! Sara is SO AWESOME! She really goes the extra mile. And answers all questions with knowledge and speed. Have so enjoyed and am thankful for her help. I cant say enough GOOD things about Delfin Spa's Heat Maximizing wear. It is AWESOME! I have so far lost 40 pounds (and still shrinking) and have gone down 2 of their sizes on the Capris, and 3 on their Top. Just placed my 2nd order! My Hubby is so impressed, he had me order for him to this time. Also, I have a bad knee that causes me pain, but the heat the capris make helps SOOO much during my workouts.
